Participants in this three-hour workshop will create their own journals and sketchbooks using recycled books, assorted papers, and a variety of bookbinding supplies. After deconstructing books, students will explore various ways to assemble and personalize their books. Several bookbinding techniques will be demonstrated and an assortment of handmade books by the instructor will be shared with the group. All workshop materials will be provided.
